Well, as one myself, firstly I feel "Latino" is a racially fluid category that is not even a 'race' but in reality is more like a geographical location (central and south America, and parts of the Caribbean).
Famous examples of interracial couples of color include musician Carlos Santana and his wife, Cindy Blackman, an African American; and Wesley Snipes and his wife, Nakyung Park, a Korean American.
We could probably include white or basically 'white-looking' Latino men in that category as well then.
All men responded most positively to interest in their profile from Asian (in this context East Asian/Southeast Asian) women.
The latter would be more likely to come from a totally different cultural and social background, live in a different area (due to socioeconomic realities).
He may not even be extremely fluent in English in some cases (hey, it happens, some are not 'assimilated'), and he is thus more likely to date within his own as well.
